FAQ

Good questions before you apply.

The goal is clarity before pressure. Read this first, then apply if the fit makes sense.

Do I have to be experienced?

No. Lindsey coaches everyone from first-time 5K runners and middle-school athletes to masters runners and Boston qualifiers.

I am a sprinter. Can you help?

Yes. Sprints are central to Lindsey's own athletic background, and she coaches 100m through the marathon.

How is coaching delivered?

Online athletes receive a plan through a coaching app plus check-ins, feedback, and text access based on their tier. In-person coaching is available in New Braunfels.

What if my schedule changes?

That is exactly why coaching helps. Lindsey adjusts the plan around travel, school, work, soreness, race timing, and real life.

Is this better than a free plan?

A free plan can tell you what a generic runner might do. Coaching helps decide what you should do this week, with your body and your goal.

Which plan should I choose?

If you are not sure, apply and choose "help me choose." Lindsey can point you to the right level or tell you if a self-guided program is enough.

Can teams or schools hire Lindsey?

Yes. The team option is built for cross country or track season planning, including a planning session, tools, and email support.

Do I have to commit long term?

Coached and Race Ready are month to month. All-In is a 90-day build for a specific goal block.

Still unsure? Apply anyway.

Lindsey can tell you which path fits, including when a self-guided plan is the better first step.
