1-on-1 Running Coaching · Online & In-Person

Your plan. Your goals. Your coach.

A training plan built only for you — by a USATF-certified coach who's still on the start line herself.

Hi, I'm Lindsey! I build one runner's plan at a time — around your event, your body, and the week you actually have. Whether you're chasing a first 5K, a Boston time, or a faster 400m, you get a coach who's still out there racing too — so I'm not guessing. I get it. Let's go get your goal.

Why a coach

You're not lazy. You're just doing it alone.

I've been there — the comebacks, the busy seasons, all of it. Here's what trying to figure it out solo tends to cost us, friend.

i.

Injuries that steal whole seasons

Random mileage and skipping your strength work is the fastest way to the sidelines. One injury can wipe out months of work — and the race you were so excited for.

ii.

A plan that isn't really yours

A free plan off the internet doesn't know your body, your history, or your crazy schedule. So you work SO hard on the wrong things and wonder why the PRs stopped.

iii.

Nobody cheering you on

When motivation dips or life gets full, there's nobody tweaking the plan, keeping you accountable, or reminding you you're ready. That's the lonely part — and where most of us quit.

You've already got the discipline to lace up. What you're missing is a plan that's truly yours — and someone genuinely in your corner.

How it works

Coaching built around your real life

Three simple steps from wherever you are right now to the start line — ready, healthy, and confident.

1

Tell me about you

Fill out the quick application below — your goals, your running history, your real-life schedule. Then we connect and make sure we're the right fit. No pressure, promise.

2

I build your plan

I design your training around your event, your body, and the days you can actually run — sprints to marathon — and put it in an app you check anytime. You don't have to figure any of it out. That's my job.

3

We chase it together

Check-ins, honest feedback, and tweaks whenever life happens — travel, a busy week, a niggle. I keep you healthy, accountable, and improving, and I'm cheering the whole way.

Hi, I'm Lindsey!

USATF Level 1 Certified Coach · 400m Masters Track Athlete · Boy Mom · Wife

I've been a runner since junior high — all through high school, four years of track and cross country at Texas State, and now as a USA Masters track athlete still chasing PRs in my main event, the 400m. So when I talk about the comeback grind, the busy-season juggle, and the days you feel SO far from where you were… I'm not guessing. I'm living it right alongside my athletes.

I've got my B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science with a minor in Sports Psychology — plus my USATF Level 1 Track & Field Coaching certification — so I coach the body AND the mind, backed by real science. By day I'm a high school PE teacher and track/XC coach, and I've coached it all: explosive sprinters, distance runners, nervous first-timers, comeback moms, and Boston qualifiers. Whether you're at the track with me or an online athlete across the country, you get the same me: real talk, real structure, and someone who genuinely believes in you. I'm based in New Braunfels, Texas — coaching local athletes in person and runners all over the country online, from first 5Ks to the marathon and Boston-qualifying goals.

My athletes say it best.

A nervous first-timer gets the same plan, care, and belief as a Boston qualifier. Same coach, same standard — every time.

I qualified for Boston. Lindsey built a plan that fit my life, paced every workout, and had my race strategy ready when it counted.

Before you apply

Good questions.

The things runners ask me most, answered straight — no pressure, no jargon.

Do I have to be an experienced runner?
Not even a little. I coach everyone from first-time 5K runners and middle-school athletes to masters runners chasing lifetime PRs and Boston qualifiers. Your plan is built for exactly where you are — and a nervous first-timer gets the same care as a BQ. Promise.
I'm a sprinter / I run track — can you help?
Absolutely! Sprints are my world — my main event is the 400m and I'm still racing it. I coach the full range, 100m to the marathon. Your training is built specifically for YOUR event, not some one-size-fits-all distance plan.
How is the coaching delivered?
Online athletes get their plan through a coaching app, plus check-ins and text access based on your tier. In-person coaching is available locally in New Braunfels, TX, with daily-updated plans and in-person form work.
What if I get injured or my schedule blows up?
That's exactly why you have a coach. I adjust your plan as real life happens — travel, illness, busy weeks, niggles — so you keep moving forward safely instead of starting over.
Is it worth it if I could find a free plan online?
A free plan can't see your body, your history, or your crazy week — so you end up working SO hard on the wrong things. Coaching is the difference between just running and actually training toward something. And it costs less a day than your coffee.
Which plan should I choose?
If you're not sure, just apply below and I'll help you figure it out! I'll look at your goals and point you to the plan that fits your life and your budget — zero pressure.
